All CSA Locations Week 2!!!

Posted 6/14/2012 10:18am by George Zahradka.

Hello All,

We are coming up on the second week of deliveries!

Meat Update:

We are still waiting on the farm to provide us with the meat for our first meat pick up so they said by this Saturday they will be able to deliver to us. For week 3 pick ups please be prepared to collect your meat! Their plan is to provide meat for the first pick up of each month and we were told they are on track after this first delivery to proceed as planned! THanks for your patience. It's great when small farms stick together however things can be a little more unpredictable.

This week at teh farm:

Hoop-house tomatoes are still looking great and all of our feild tomatoes are the right size but not ripe yet! All of the crop is looking really good.

Squash is in full swing! All summer squash is so much earlier than usual due to the weather. :) We are very thankful.

BLUEBERRIES ARE HERE!!!

Multicolored beets are going to be at the stand this week as well.

You will see a lot of what was available last week but NO MORE LETTUCE from the first crop... it's just to hot!

THanks to all of you for your support!!!!

Libby
